- Options on how to present via API, initial proposal, alternatives are:
  - Have a separate first class entity (e.g. "domain-config") with its own API to get/set (do we really need another first class entity?)
  - Support an extension to the existing API to read the config (a bit like nova does for server details), e.g.
    - GET /domains/{domain_id}/config
  - Should we treat the config as an "atomic attribute", or also allow getting/setting individual groups, e.g.:
    - GET /domains/{domain_id}/config/group/ldap
