1. Where to backup:backup files to object storage cluster(s3 or swift)2. What to backup:
(1) files in physical servers with openstack services deployed, or other servers in the cluster. (2) files in vms that users would like to backup this is two kinds of demand groups, one for Operation and Maintenance Engineer, one for vm users.
