Ironic-BFV Meeting

The Ironic-BFV sub team meeting, intended for planning and co-ordination of the work for the addition of support into Ironic to boot from remote storage volumes, namely cinder volumes. The meeting is on Thursdays at 1600 UTC in #openstack-meeting-5.

- Deadlines as it relates to the Pike schedule
  - Ironic needs to perform a release of python-ironicclient with the volume connection information patches, have that added to g-r, and landed in nova before nova can begin reviewing the patchs in openstack/nova. (tl;dr, So we should plan on approximately a week for those patches.)
