Agenda for next meeting
- Announcements
- Actions from last meeting
- Specs Review
- Topics
- Bastion host (ianw 20221213)
- Mailman 3 (clarkb 20221213)
- We have seen a few small artifacts in the web UI around the vhosting. lists.opendev.org shows up in at least one place where it shouldn't
- Is site owner properly set yet?
- Quo vadis storyboard (frickler 20221213)
- ML thread https://lists.opendev.org/pipermail/service-discuss/2022-October/000370.html
- Followup sent to hash out options for OpenDev. Saw one response offering to help with the software, but unfortunately we need to start with the deployment.
- Gerrit 3.6 (ianw 20221213)
- Upgrade has been performed.
- Tox v4 (clarkb 20221213)
- Tox v4 recently released and is not compatible with many of our hosted repos.
- zuul-jobs pinned tox in ensure-tox to <4 with a plan to uncap on the 22nd of December
- We should proactively write changes to address the compatibility issues in preparation.
- Upgrading Bionic servers to Focal/Jammy (clarkb 20221213)
- Nova server rescue behavior in vexxhost (clarkb 20221129)
- Clarkb needs to test this using info provided by jrosser
- Holiday Party December 20th? (clarkb 20221213)
- Instead of a normal meeting why don't we have some fun
- We can use meetpad and run a game or three on Game Board Arena if people are interested. Only one person needs a premium account to host everyone else and clarkb can sign up for one.
- Open to other ideas too
- Open discussion
Upcoming Project Renames
(any additions should mention original->new full names and link to the corresponding project-config rename change in Gerrit) Changes should have their topic set to project-rename.
- Rename foo/example -> bar/example: https://review.opendev.org/123456
