Weekly Project Infrastructure team meeting

The OpenStack Project Infrastructure Team holds public weekly meetings in #openstack-meeting, Tuesdays at 1900 UTC. Everyone interested in infrastructure and process surrounding automated testing and deployment is encouraged to attend.

Please feel free to add agenda items (and your IRC nick in parenthesis).

Agenda for next meeting

  • Announcements
  • Actions from last meeting
  • Specs approval
  • Priority Efforts
    • A Task Tracker for OpenStack
    • We should reevaluate current projects and add a priority effort or two.
      • Gerrit 2.14/2.15 upgrade
      • Control plane operating system upgrades
      • Wiki?
      • Puppet 4/5
      • More Ansible
  • General topics
    • Future of 3rd-party CI instructions (ianw 2018-04-10)
    • Add mention of magic word(s) "infra-root" and maybe "config-core" to #openstack-infra topic? (frickler 2018-04-17)
      • Came up in recent help request that someone was using "infraroot" instead, which doesn't highlight (at least for me)
      • Also so various variants of this already. Might help users find the right contact. OTOH might attract spam? Should be discussed IMHO.
  • Open discussion
