Weekly Project Infrastructure team meeting
The OpenStack Project Infrastructure Team holds public weekly meetings in #openstack-meeting, Tuesdays at 1900 UTC. Everyone interested in infrastructure and process surrounding automated testing and deployment is encouraged to attend.

- In 132222 it was discussed that a docker spec should be created to collect, colaborate, establish future docker plans
- Nibalizer can write, looking for what people want in the spec.
- Propose an alternate meeting time more suitable for EMEA engineers (rcarrillocruz)
- The current infra meeting time is quite late for EMEA, it would be nice to have an alternate meeting earlier like some Openstack projects do.
