- If it is small, it seems better to support 1.7 in Juno. Adding support after the stable release should be less expected.
- Compiled message catalog in the repo? (amotoki)

- Other projects have no compiled message catalogs (mo files) in the repo.
- Is it better to delete them from Horizon upstream repos?
