Translation and String Freeze
Let's talk through the upcoming String Freeze and how we will manage changes to the user facing strings after the freeze. Does this reflect our process: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StringFreeze ?
Translations

- Compiled PO files (MO files): Do we need to have compiled PO files in the repository? It is raised during Jenkins script to propose translations.
Other projects do not have compiled PO files in their repo and it seems better to be handled by packaging.
