- Collaborate with Murano, Trove, Sahara, and Magneto for content
- Adding [user guide] tag to patches similar to the install guide
- Email the mailing list to advertise work items for doc writers or contributors looking for patches
Running Meetings
The User Guide Speciality team meeting meets in #openstack-meeting-4 IRC channel.
Public meetings are run in IRC; we use MeetBot syntax to note what happens during the meeting. http://meetbot.debian.net/Manual.html
