  - What is team consensus on a core reviewer team for a repo for this?
    - Initial consensus seemed to be to identify contributors who commit to deep involvement, and add them to magnum-core, with trust that they will only +2,-2, or +A on reviews related to this master blueprint or related work. If there is departure from this guidance, the team can revisit the issue.
