Magnum Network Driver Background

This is an attempt to help new users decide on a network driver based on features that can be controlled through Magnum. Each Container Orchestration Engine (COE) supports a default network driver. Therefore it is not required to specify a network driver when instantiating a baymodel. The default network driver will be selected based on the --coe specified within the baymodel.
