All incubated / integrated projects have a number of duties when it comes to integrating with horizontal functions in OpenStack. By default, the elected PTL fills those duties, but they can delegate those to any willing individual, in order to share the load.

Release Liaisons
Release liaisons keep contact with the Release Management team to keep track of progress during the development cycle. They are also the first point of contact when it comes to cross-project issues which may affect the integrated release. Release liaisons are expected to sync weekly with release management (1:1 weekly sync) and attend the cross-project meeting.
