Negative
- In ability to download key pairs
- First step overwhelms users (too much information!)
- Having to scroll
- The Create New volume control is confusing
- Only makes sense to expert users that understand the purpose of creating a new volume
- Users not discovering the help icon
- *Especially on the configuration step
- Need embedded workflows
- *For example, Networks
- Transfer table is confusing to users
- Need for area for advanced features
- Confusion between transfer tables and single select
- Confusion around NIC order
- (Bug) up/down arrows don’t work
- Don’t know how to arrange order
- Not sure why they need to arrange order
Positive
- Liked guided workflow
- Oddly, no complaints about number of steps
- The individual steps where clear
- Like that controls where responsive to previous selections, e.g. Flavors were disabled based on the image selected
