Apparently this is feedback on some Horizon usability concerns.
Negative
- First step overwhelms users (including experienced users)
- too much controls/content on step!
- Excessive scrolling
- Maybe specific to first step
- too many controls above transfer table
- Create New volume control is confusing
- Only makes sense to expert users that understand the purpose of creating a new volume
- Is there a need for advanced features area?
- Users not discovering the help icon
- Especially on the configuration step
- Need embedded workflows
- For example, Networks
- Transfer table is confusing to users
- Confusion between multi and single select tables
- Relationship between tables (available/allocated) is not clear
- Confusion around NIC order
- (Bug) up/down arrows aren't working
- Do not understand how to arrange NIC order
- Not clear why users need to arrange NIC order
- Inability to download key pairs
- Download shouldn't be allowed--do you mean upload?
Positive
- Users liked guided workflow
- Oddly, users did not complain about number of steps
- Individual steps where clear to users
- Like that controls where responsive to previous selections,
- e.g. Flavors were disabled based on the image selected
