Create revisions to other guides as needed to facilitate install guide maintenance, such as the OpenStack Network Administration Manual.

Currently there are two sets of source files for the install guides that result in four output guides. Ideally we'd have one set of source files to output what we think is the best set of "decisions already made" architectures. The two current ones are: Basic Install: Compute, Image, Identity, and Networking plus Dashboard Install Guide: Compute, Image, Block Storage, Object Storage and Identity services plus Dashboard
