The OpenStack Essex Compute Node can be found here (This includes various fixes, volume support, snapshot support, and a service based installer) - You must have Python 2.7.x installed first. http://opns.tk/openstack_compute.exe This will install the essex stable source with some backported changes to allow this to run as a service on windows. In the nova\tools\windows\msi_installer folder there is an example_nova.conf file you can use for the settings specific to Hyper-V Since this runs as a service and it is a bit different in windows, your nova.conf file needs to be put in nova\bin.
