OpenStack Foundation

In 2011, Rackspace announced that it would be transitioning management of OpenStack to an independent foundation structure. This section contains draft documents related to the formation of the foundation.

Operations of Foundation begin after 60-day transition period: August 2012* + 60 days
Assumes no additional drafting cycle is required
