Open Discussion Format
During the meetup, there will be several opportunities for open discussion. To make sure everyone's ideas have an opportunity to be heard, we will be following a lightweight structure for these sessions. In the first 5 minutes, each attendee will submit ideas on post-it notes and the whole group will vote on which topics to discuss. Then the remainder of the session will focus on the ideas we chose.
Joining Remotely
It will be possible to join remotely through Webex. This requires the Webex client installed on the machine and a phone to be able to dial in. Please ping arnaud on irc or send email in order to get the Webex details (URL and passcode). Live feedback can be given on IRC (freenode) in the #openstack-glance channel. We will have a local moderator monitoring the IRC channel and relaying questions and comments as appropriate.
