Mission & What We Do
  • Identify and remove barriers to Enterprise adoption and deployment of OpenStack, through information from Enterprise Customers, Operators, Users, Analyst, etc.
  • Collaborate on the development and tracking of User Stories with the Product WG.
  • Partner with the OpenStack Foundation to create and promote eBooks, Customer testimonials, Reference Architectures and Solution Guides, etc. to educate and provide best practices for current and future Enterprise Customers.
Ocata Cycle Goals
  • Finish e-commerce reference architecture - Lead: Kathy
  • Publish a Containers for Applications reference architecture - Lead: Leong, with support from content experts
  • Publish Migrating (or Moving) Applications to Cloud eBook - Lead: is Leong,with support from Kathy and Heidi Joy
  • Increase the awareness of this WG and participation in our Goals by end-user organizations - Lead: Nicole
  • New content and case studies on migrating from or coexisting with VMware - Lead: Grant, with support from Leong and Kathy

Enterprise ISV Interop Team

Team Description Based upon Enterprise IT Mgr requirements for Application interoperability with OpenStack, this team works with ISVs to validate their application interoperability and publish How-To Guides, User Case studies and other collateral as needed.
