What is a Design Summit ?

How can I get a discount code to participate to the Summit?
If you are an active technical contributor to the Essex or Folsom releases, including code and docs, you have received a discount code via email for registration. A contribution to OpenStack Folsom release on or before August 16 will qualify for the discount, and all discount codes must be redeemed by August 31. The list of email and names are extracted from the CVSanaly database using the | Active Contributors] query.
