* question about consistency group python bindings [stevemar]

** The python bindings for creating a consistency group have a user ID and project ID argument [1], with the docstring indicating they are derived from auth context. The shell provides no support for defining a specific user or project [2]. What is the behaviour on the server side? are user and project actually used or just derived from auth context? Should we remove these arguments from the python bindings if they are inaccurate?
