Climate's PTL is Dina Belova

On 17 Dec 2013, the election of official Climate PTL for Icehouse timeframe was proposed on weekly IRC meeting.

It was decided to define electorate for a Climate PTL election are the Foundation individual members that are also committers for one of the Climate projects over the Grizzly - Havana - early Icehouse timeframe (from 2012-09-27 to 2013-12-24, 23:59 UTC) - 10 people.

Also it was decided that PTL candidacy should be a member of an election electorate and no nomination is required. Candidates did so by sending an email to the openstack-dev@lists.openstack.org mailing-list, which the subject: "[climate] PTL candidacy". The email could include a description of the candidate platform. The candidacy was then confirmed by Sergey Lukjanov, who was chosen as on of the election officials.

During Dec 19 - Dec 24 it was period when open candidacy proposals were received from Dina Belova (Mirantis) and Sylvain Bauza (Bull).

PTL elections were hold during Dec 25 - Jan 2 time period. Here are the results:

On 2 Jan 2014 first Climate PTL was chosen - Dina Belova (5) won against Sylvain Bauza (3) - 80% of all electorate voted for that.
