-The nomination of official Blazar PTL for Pike timeframe was proposed during January 23rd - 27th, 2017.
-Also it was decided that PTL candidacy should be a member of an election electorate and no nomination is required. Candidates did so by sending an email to the openstack-dev@lists.openstack.org mailing-list, which the subject: "[blazar] PTL candidacy". The email could include a description of the candidate platform.
-In the nomination time, it was period when open candidacy proposals were received from Masahito Muroi.
-As a result of the nomination, Masahito Muroi was elected as a Blazar's PTL for Pike release.
