Convergence

Convergence是一個新的編配引擎，在Heat中日趨成熟。在Liberty中，使用Convergence的好處為：

更好的資源平行處理 (為了更好的大型templates擴展)
The ability to do a stack-update while there is already an update in-progress
更好的處理heat-engine的錯誤 (仍然WIP)
