Open Discussion Format
During the meetup, there will be several opportunities for open discussion. To make sure everyone's ideas have an opportunity to be heard, we will be following a lightweight structure for these sessions. In the first 5 minutes, each attendee will submit ideas on post-it notes and the whole group will vote on which topics to discuss. Then the remainder of the session will focus on the ideas we chose.
Joining Remotely
We are going to attempt live-broadcast of the conference. There is a strong chance this will not work, but if it does, you will be able to view the conference almost-live at http://www.justin.tv/kramshaw . Live feedback can be given on IRC (freenode) in the #openstack-glance channel. We will have a local moderator monitoring the IRC channel and relaying questions and comments as appropriate.
